Angus Chiang

John Yuyi, who was the guest visual stylist at the ANGUS CHIANG SS19 show, not only presented this season's theme "Morning! Rough City” with her signature tattoo sticker art, but also created ambulatory visual art with ANGUS CHIANG Miki Shoes’ signature wide-toe collection by integrating famous Parisian landmarks.

As one of the next-generation Taiwanese artists, she was described as "The Willy Wonka of the Art Circle" by the avant-garde magazine <i-D>. Most widely known for her unique temporary tattoo art, John Yuyi transforms her personal experiences, anxieties, and melancholy into artwork through her signature aesthetic. She once collaborated with singer 9m88 on the visual art for the cover single 《Plastic Love》. In 2018, she was selected for the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia.

『Seesaw』, another important facility in AC PARK, is a spiritual symbol of ANGUS CHIANG's co-creation with different brands and artists. The image of the seesaw conveys balance, interaction and harmony. There must be loads on both sides before this facility can be activated. In the process of up-and-down communication and interaction, it’s as if the two sides are shaking each other's uniqueness through the balance principle of the seesaw, and then fusing together. That’s how ANGUS CHIANG and his/her artworks emerged.
